Hospitals must submit to the Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research a cost-based community benefit report to the Office within 90 days of submitting a Medicare cost report. The Administrator must produce a report based on the community benefit report to be circulated within the Executive and Legislative branches of the government and must be made public.
