The Oregon program is known as Oregon Medicaid or the Oregon Health Plan.  It is administered by the Oregon Health Authority, and their website can be found here.  As of June 1, 2018, there were 963,857 individuals enrolled in the Oregon Medicaid program.1

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has finalized a plan to advance HIE in the state.  The Health Information Technology Oversight Council (HITOC) has successfully created the Office of Health Information Technology (OHIT).

Oregon has established the Oregon All Payer All Claims (APAC) Database.  The Oregon APCD is maintained by the Office of Health Analytics, Health Policy and Analytics Divison, and Oregon Health Authority (OHA).
