Health care facilities must file financial statements with attached certification of audit with the Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research at least 120 days following the end of each fiscal year and must file an accurate completed Databank Monthly Data electronically with the Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems by the 23rd day of each month.
The Office may annually require that each health care facility provide the office with a breakdown of its unreimbursed care into bad debts, its gross patient service revenue into inpatient revenue and outpatient revenue, charity care, Medicare deductions and other contractual deductions, and other applicable categories.
