The limited data set that is derived from the health care utilization data reported by general acute care hospitals and ambulatory surgical facilities to the Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research may be inspected or examined by members of the public. Health data reported to the office may include information that is protected health information when it is maintained at the hospital or facility, but general access to this data will be limited to data that does not identify any individual patient.
