Use of genetic tests – Wis. Stat. Ann. § 942.07

Employers, labor organizations, employment agencies, and licensing agencies must obtain informed consent from their employee, member, licensee, or prospective employee prior to conducting a genetic test and prior to disclosing the results of such test. Persons that violate this section are guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
