Requirements for Mandatory Release of Client Records for Licensed Physical Therapists
The Board of Occupational Health shall provide the client with a copy or a summary of his records if the client requests it. However, it will be the provider’s option whether or not to give the records or summaries. Any request for records shall be addressed in a timely manner. In addition, the client will be responsible for the costs of mailing or copying the records.
