Sexually transmitted diseases; reports of cases – N.M. Stat. Ann. §24-1-7

Any physician who diagnoses a sexually transmitted disease, or institution where this is a case of a sexually transmitted disease, or a lab that gets a positive sexually transmitted disease test, must report the case immediately to the local district health officer.  All district health officers must make weekly reports to the Department.
