Superintendent; duty to report-N.M. Stat. Ann. § 24-5-4

All school superintendents must report the status of immunizations for each school child to the Department of Health. All records must remain current and readily accessible to public health officials. The superintendent must report to the Director of the Health Services Division if a parent refuses to have their child immunized.
