Medicaid recipients must be offered “the full range of services as allowed under the terms and conditions of the Rhode Island Global Consumer Choice Compact 1115a Demonstration Waiver.” These services include institutional services, home and community based services, medication management, transition services, and other services authorized by Chapter 40-8.10.
