The Rhode Island program is known as Rhode Island Medicaid, the Rhode Island Medical Assistance program or RIteCare.  It is administered by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services. Their website can be found here.  As of June 1, 2018, there were 310,148 individuals enrolled in the Rhode Island Medicaid program.1
