Protectoin of medical records. 
 
Requires licensed audiologists to create security plans for patient medical records. Specifies the topics that these plans must address (e.g., medical record storage and disposal, patient access to medical records following the audiologist ending their practice, etc.). Requires audiologists to notify patients about how they may obtain their records if the audiologist ceases practice. Classifies noncompliance with these requirements as grounds for disciplinary actions.
