The Colorado program is known as Health First Colorado.  It is administered by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. The Health First Colorado website can be found here. As of June 1, 2018, there were 1,338,052 individuals enrolled in the Colorado Medicaid program.1

Colorado has an HIE known as the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization (CORHIO), a partnership among several stakeholders including the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment and the University of Colorado: http://www.corhio.org/.  CORHIO is also undertaking state coordination efforts with Wyoming, Nebraska, and Utah.
