Physician requirements; reasonable cause for referrals of physicians to the Colorado Medical Board; Reasonable cause for department adverse action concerning physicians; appeal rights
 
Permits physicians that have an unrestricted Colorado medical license and are in good standing to certify that their patient qualifies for a medical marijuana card. Requires physicians to have a bona fide physician-patient relationship in order to make this certification. Requires physicians to maintain medical records regarding patients they certify as qualifying for medical marijuana use and to permit the Colorado Medical Board to obtain copies of these records so long as they redact patient identifying information.
