Authorized users may provide information to and receive information from the immunization registry regarding a client’s records. The registry may provide immunization information to or receive immunization information from an authorized user regarding a client’s records, and may contact a client or the client’s parent/guardian about the client’s immunization status. The registry may publish or provide aggregate information that does not identify a client.
