Medical Records
 
Requires community clinics to maintain medical records. Species the content of these records (e.g., identifying data, medical history, health assessments, lab exams, etc.). Requires clinics to maintain the records for 10 years following an adult patient’s last visit or for minor patients, until the patient turns 18 and then 10 years after the last entry. Requires clinics to maintain the confidentiality of these records.
