Requires the Emergency Medical Services Board to create a statewide data collection system and specifies the information that such system should collect (e.g., patient data, financial data, dispatch data, etc.). Requires ambulance service operators to report data in accordance with Board rules and regulations. Makes creation and implementation of the system subject to appropriations.
