Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-67-3, Health care data collection and submission
Establishes standards for collecting and submitting data to the health care database. Requires data to be collected from existing public and private data sources and submitted by licensing boards and third party payers. Prohibits submitted data from including identifying information, but permits the use of a record identifier. Clarifies that data submitted from the public domain may include information that identifies individuals.
