Requires the Secretary of Health and Environment to create a pregnancy maintenance initiative that provides grants to non-profit organizations that assist pregnant persons in carrying their pregnancies to term. Prohibits organizations that receive funding from performing abortions or referring pregnant persons to places that perform abortions. Requires the Secretary to collect information about the number of persons who utilize initiative services, the number of persons who give their child up for adoption, and the percentages of funds used for pre-natal and post-natal services.
