Requires birth centers to report to the Department of Health and Environment stillbirths, patient or newborn deaths, deaths of employees during the course of their work, and injuries of patients, newborns, or employees. Requires centers to report infectious disease cases to the county health department in accordance with K.A.R. 28-1-2 (regulates infectious disease reporting).
