Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-1-4, Hospital reporting requirements

Specifies the information that hospital administrators must report to the Secretary of Health and Environment if the Secretary requests such information (e.g., lab tests ordered for infectious diseases, emergency room visits related to infectious diseases, etc.). Authorizes hospital administrators to designate a person at the hospital to report infectious and contagious diseases on behalf of the providers required to report such cases in accordance with Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-1-2.
