Requires licensed hospitals to report time sensitive emergency cases to the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Preparedness (“Bureau”) within 180 days of treatment. Requires licensed hospitals to include information in these reports as specified by the Bureau. Authorizes the Bureau—or their contractor—to access all records that identify reportable cases. Clarifies that the Bureau may identify and report cases by linking to data from other sources (e.g., death records, other registries).
