The Idaho program is known as Idaho Medicaid or the Healthy Connections program.  It is administered by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare: http://healthandwelfare.idaho.gov/Default.aspx?TabId=123.  As of June 1, 2018, there were 271,700 individuals enrolled in the Idaho Medicaid program.1
