Idaho Code Ann. § 39-1392b, Records Confidential and Privileged

Classifies peer review records as confidential and privileged. Prohibits the discovery or introduction into evidence of such records. Prohibits the admission into evidence of a disciplinary order (e.g., censure, revocation of license, etc.) in a civil trial where the disciplined  individual is the defendant. Clarifies that this section does not prevent the admission of patient records into evidence.
