Defines the acts that constitute unprofessional conduct by a licensed midwife ( e.g., breaches of client confidentiality, failure to meet informed consent requirements, etc.). Defines the forms of discipline that the Board of Midwifery may impose on midwives who act unprofessionally (e.g., revocation of licensure, civil fines, etc).
