Requires hospitals to establish written policies and procedures for outpatient services that address items such as the services provided on an outpatient basis, patient referrals, and the relationship of the outpatient department to other hospital departments. Requires the outpatient department to maintain medical records in compliance with the standards established in Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.14.360 and perform surgery in compliance with the standards established in Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.14.380.
