“Annual report of prepaid health clinic; administrative penalty under the Prepaid Health Clinic Act”
Each prepaid health clinic must annually file a financial report with the Office of Insurance Regulation. Any clinic that fails to file the annual report is subject to an administrative penalty of $100 for each day during which the neglect continues.
