“Disclosure of confidential information under the regulation of professions and occupations law”
The Department of Health and any medical licensing board may not disclose any information to any person who is not lawfully entitled to the information. A violation of this statute is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Any person who is injured as a result of a violation of this law may sue for damages.
