Drug distribution and control
Requires a pharmacy that provides home health care pharmacy services to establish a patient profile for each patient. Specifies the information that must be documented in this profile (e.g., age, diagnosis, medication history, etc.). Requires the pharmacist managing the home health care pharmacy services to maintain patient records. Specifies the information that pharmacies must include on the labels of dispensed products.
