Client records
Requires substance abuse treatment programs to maintain confidential client records and to establish a policy for client access to their records. Specifies the content that programs must include in the records (e.g., client identification, medical history, treatment planning). Requires programs to establish safeguards to protect client records and to establish policies for the timely entry of information into a client record.
