Del. Code Ann. tit. 16, § 2602 - Physicians and health care facilities to screen children

Every health care provider who is the primary health care provider for a child must screen the child for lead poisoning. Laboratories that are involved in lead level analysis must participate in a universal reporting system established by the Department of Health and Social Services’ Division of Public Health.
