The Delaware program is known as Delaware Medicaid, the Delaware Medical Assistance Program or the Diamond State Health Plan. It is administered by the Delaware Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance: http://www.dhss.delaware.gov/dhss/dmma/medicaid.html. As of June 1, 2018, there were 247,000 individuals enrolled in the Delaware Medicaid program.1

Health Information Exchange (if applicable)

Delaware established the first state-wide HIE in the nation, the Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN).  It is a partnership between local hospitals, the Delaware Department of Public Health, the Governor's Office, LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics. http://www.dhin.org/

The Delaware Health Care Claims Database is currently in the implementation stage. It is maintained by the DHIN Board of Directors, as well as the Department of Health and Social Services. Their website can be found here
