Cancer Drug Repository Program

Establishes the cancer drug repository program so that cancer patients or their family members may donate unused cancer medications to persons that do not have insurance coverage or do not have coverage for cancer medications. Identifies health care facilities, pharmacies, and medical clinics as eligible to participate in the program, but clarifies that participation is not mandatory. Requires participating facilities, clinics, and pharmacies to maintain records of returned drugs and those distributed to other providers. Specifies the information that must be included in these records (e.g., date of drug return or distribution, name of person donating the drug, name of clinic receiving the drug, etc.).
