Each school must report to the Division, the total number of students who are required to participate in their school's Student Health Program or in a health benefit plan with comparable coverage for the current school year and the total number who have waived participation in their school's Student Health Program.  School must also report performance metrics, such as medical and administrative costs, the number of claim denials and grievances, medical loss ratios, and other administration and performance measures as specified by the Division, pertaining to the Student Health Program for the previous school year.  A description of the benefits, benefit levels, exclusions, limitations, and other important terms and conditions of the school's Student Health Program must also be provided to the Department.
