“General provisions under the agency of human services regulations”
Nursing facilities providing services to Medicaid residents must submit costs reports to the Agency of Human Services’ Division of Rate Setting and maintain financial records. The Division of Rate Setting may suspend Medicaid payments to nursing homes that fail to meet these requirements.
