“Vermont Health Access Plan (VHAP) under the agency of human services regulations”
The Vermont Health Access Plan (VHAP) provides health coverage to low-income, uninsured Vermont adults who do not meet the Medicaid eligibility rules and pharmacy benefits to eligible low-income elderly or disabled adults.
