The department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities, and hospitals1 must create standards for approving substance abuse treatment facilities. The department may require approved treatment facilities to submit “data, statistics, schedules, and any other information that the department reasonably requires.” Failure to submit required data will result in loss of approval.
