Requires dental services providers to enroll in the Idaho Smiles network in order to receive Medicaid reimbursement. Assigns responsibility for administering the Idaho Smiles program to a contractor. Requires this contractor to track and report grievances to the Department of Health and Welfare. Requires the contractor and the Department to handle appeals in compliance with IDAPA 16.05.03.
