“Information submitted for review of antitrust issues; confidentiality under the public health law”
The following information held by the Office of the Attorney General, which is submitted by a health care entity pursuant to a request for an antitrust no-action letter, is confidential for 1 year after the date of submission:
- Documents that reveal trade secrets;
- Preferred provider organization contracts;
- Health maintenance organization contracts;
- Documents that reveal a health care provider’s marketing plan; and
- Proprietary confidential business information.
