The Ohio program is known as Ohio Medicaid or OhioCare.  It is administered by the Ohio Department of Medicaid: Their website can be found here.   As of June 1, 2018, there were 2,742,823 individuals enrolled in the Ohio Medicaid program.1

Ohio has established an HIE known as CliniSync. CliniSync is administered by the Ohio Health Information Partnership.  In addition, the greater Cincinnati area has established an HIE known as HealthBridge.
