Health Professionals Making Reports
Health professionals are immune from liability that may arise from making good faith allegations to a professional disciplinary board, committee, or agency regarding an individual’s unprofessional conduct or inability to practice safely. "WaHealth professional” means any individual licensed to practice a profession listed in § 18.130.040 (e.g. nutritionists, athletic trainers, genetic counselors).
