“Access to health services and testing under the health law”

Every health care provider or facility must not discriminate against any person on the basis of the person’s HIV-positive status or require a person to have an HIV-related blood test as a condition for receiving unrelated treatment or service. Failure to comply with this statute constitutes grounds for disciplinary action.
