Vt. Stat. Ann. tit. 18, § 1127 - HIV discrimination and testing in educational settings prohibited under the health law

“Discrimination and testing prohibited under the health law”

No school district or educational institution may request or require any student to have an HIV-related blood test or discriminate against a student on the basis of his individual’s HIV status. A person whose rights were violated may commence a legal action for damages.
