Use of common electronic database
Permits pharmacies to share an electronic data base upon the Board of Pharmacy’s approval. Prohibits non-resident pharmacies that lack a South Dakota license but share an electronic data base with a resident pharmacy from practicing in SD. Permits these pharmacies to dispense refills so long as the patient has not exceeded their authorized refill allotment.
