The Division of Elderly Services, within the Department of Social Services, must create a system for collecting and analyzing long-term care facility complain data as a means of “identifying and resolving significant problems.” The Division must regularly submit data to the Department of Public Health, government entities specified by the State Ombudsman, and the National Ombudsman Resource Center.
