The Connecticut program is known as the Husky Health Program or the Connecticut Medical Assistance Program. It is administered by the Connecticut Department of Social Services, and their website can be accessed here . As of June 1, 2018, there were 847,600 individuals enrolled in the Connecticut Medicaid program.1

Health Information Exchange (if applicable)
The HIE in Connecticut was originally established by the Connecticut Department of Public Health as the Health Information Technology Exchange of Connecticut (HITE-CT), a non-profit organization. HITE-CT was then closed down as of June 1, 2014 per state law repeal: http://www.ct.gov/hitect/site/default.asp. Since then, Connecticut has attempted three more times at forming a state-wide HIE. The most recent effort is called CTHealthLink, which is mainly physician led, but is operating in partnership with the Connecticut State Medical Society.
