Revised Statutes of the State of New Hampshire §167:61-b

“False claims against the department; definitions under the state and its government law”

Any person who receives a fraudulent payment from the Medicaid program may be penalized between $5,000 and $10,000 plus three times the amount of damages that the state sustains because of the act of the person.
