“Suspension or termination of a Medicaid provider under the state and its government law”
The commissioner of health and human services must suspend or terminate any provider from the Medicaid program if they are guilty of fraud, abuse, or does not reimburse the Department of Health and Human Services for any overpayment made by the Medicaid program.
