Requirements for Written Statement of Quality Management Activities for Health Maintenance Organization Quality Management Programs – Ind. Code Ann. § 27-13-6-4

The health maintenance organization’s (HMO) quality management program must contain a written statement  that includes the following:

1.      Problem assessment;

2.      Corrective action and monitoring;

3.      Analysis of patterns of care;

4.      Cost comparisons;

5.      A written statement describing quality assurance activities.
