The Indiana program is known as Indiana Medicaid or Hoosier Healthwise.  It is administered by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. Their website can be found here.  As of June 1, 2018, there were 1,437,660 individuals enrolled in the Indiana Medicaid program.1

Indiana has several robust HIEs and the largest HIE in the country, known as the Indiana Health Information Exchange: http://www.ihie.org/ .  The IHIE  is a non-profit organization formed by the Regenstrief Institute, private hospitals, local and state health departments, BioCrossroads and other healthcare and community organizations in Indiana.
