The Board of Licensure of Physician Assistants (board) must maintain files regarding physician assistant malpractice suits, results of malpractice suits, discipline of physician assistants, physician assistant felony convictions, sanctions imposed on physician assistants by professional review organizations and health insurers, and any other information that the board deems appropriate. These files are confidential and may be used to assist investigations by the board.
